Word is that the court injunction preventing AT&T from pulling the plug
was rejected. ISPs involved in the cooperative say the seriously doubt
that they will be able to form any agreement to cover the multi-million
per week costs to keep the equipment on. Speculation is that if the DSU
router looses sync, it will never get it again...
