    Progeny's release candidate one looks promising, though I haven't had time
    to do much post-install. There were a few glitches during the install (I
    was using the upgrade-from-potato scenario); the most annoying one was that
    the progeny-standard-setup (sp?) will replace any 2.2.18 kernel you might
    already have. At least it gives you the option of aborting the install (I
    continued after some annoying package-state-forcing in dselect). I probably
    should have just let it do its thing - no need to keep that kernel build on
    that machine. It just squicked me that it was so pig-headed: that's my job,
    as the human in the relationship. ;-)
