    I've seen the sawn-in-half keyboard before. I think it was in
    relation to all the wearable computing stuff out of MIT. I can't
    find the link right now.

    So, yes, it can be done. Personally, I want to do away with the
    keyboard, mouse, and the display altogether and have it all
    directly accessible via thought, but I need a better soldering
    iron before I can finish that one :)
