You decide. (from the AUP, which is an obscure link embedded int he
customer agreement, which seems to be availble only from a link at thr
bottom of the order-service page... you think they don't want you to notice
just what they're actually selling you?)

[this is the levitical section: up above it says "When using the service,
    you may not:"]

1.1.21. run programs or servers that provide network services to others
through the Services which includes, but is not limited to, web hosting,
multi-user interactive forums, game servers, operating an internal
mail/http/ftp/irc/dhcp server to serve external connections or support
    multi-user interactive forums;

    And then there's this:

1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your usage of the Services does
not improperly restrict, degrade or adversely affect any other user's use of
the Services, nor represent, in Sprint's sole judgement, an unusually large
burden on the network itself. You must comply with the then current
bandwidth, data storage and other limitations on the Services.

Digging for the definition of the current bandwidth limitation, if it exists
in print, is left as an exercise for the demented. And no matter what it
is, you can still run afoul of Sprint's sole judgemement that your use is
    adversely affecting someone.

It might still be attractive if all you want is a fast down pipe for surfing
& etc., but that's a waste of a good Linux machine IME. :-) Besides, they
use Earthlink for the ISP services, which from what I've heard is a strong
inducement to run at least your own e-mail service. :-(
