    qmail, then. point is that it's not what the customer expects and
    helps make a point.

    one thing that's worked for me before was to suggest that the
    customer flush tcp/ip since it's all freeware from UC. if
    nothing else it forces them to explain why NFS and C are "safe"
    but sendmail/qmail/perl aren't.
