    Although it's possible this is the problem, I doubt it... he has encrypted
    passwords turned on (encrypt passwords = Yes), and I believe that problem
    was resolved with Win95 OSR2. There should be few machines (except for some
    rather old ones) that are running win95a. If it is that old and unpatched,
    there is a M$ patch that should correct that issue.
