One I recently heard of (here no doubt) is Winslack. I have no
experience with it, so I can't really comment on it much, but if it does
what it claims to it should be a nice single user (like Mac or Windows)
linux platform.
Check it out at http://greboguru.org/winslack/ I must warn you it seems
to be pretty much home grown from Slackware7.1 source and may still have
some bugs (looks interesting though, hey if it works well it might be
the thing to try).
