    Yes, keeping it simple and traditional UNIX. Of course you need room for the tarball - then room for the ISO image before the
    burn. I think the newest version of XCDRoast will burn directly from the hard drive, bypassing the image file creation step. One
    advantage is that you can compress the tar file on the fly by throwing in a 'z' option in the tar command.
