You were able to get them to run under Linux? yeah. If not then you hit the
same wall I have. RL2 driver is binary with a GPL wrapper made by one of
the Enginneers for Proxim - never got it to work.
I have two RL2 - an ISA BUS "base station" and PCMICA (+ "Cig Pack"
transmitter).
My understanding is that Symphony was NOT compatable. Symphony was
802.11(b?) standard (new general standard), where RL2 was older private
1.1Mb channel.
