    Be would have been a hell of a desktop OS if given the chance, but they
    have, as a company, refocused once or twice. It was fast, it was built
    with multimedia in mind, its threading was excellent....

    However, They have turned their back on the MS owned desktop market and
    have gone after the netappliance/embeded space. So really, there isn't
    much more to say about it anymore.
