that's how I remember it. If he really wants just what he described, with
remote-hosted programs running in their own application windows alongside
native apps, then I don't think it quite fills the bill.
I must say that so far I'm already impressed. I'm at work and my linux box
is at home so I haven't been able to try it for that situation. But I used
it to set up "remote control" between 2 NT boxes and it worked great.
A friend of mine and I work on Saturdays and we're always straining our
necks trying to read each other's laptops. We can considered asking the
company to buy PC Anywhere so that we could both see the same screen on our
own laptops. This product will do that and won't cost anything.
I'm impressed.
I'm going to try it on linux (and the cool thing is it will also allow me to
view my Windows apps on linux), as well as one of the low cost X Server
options.
