I'm trying to get java to work on my Netscape 6.1. (I'm doing sun's java
tutorial, and I'm stuck on the first step (doesn't bode well)). I open my HTML
page with the <applet> tag to start "HelloWorld", and netscape prompts me to
down load the java plugin. So I do it, restart my browser, and it prompts me
    again...

Meanwhile, I have download the java SDK, installed it in /usr/local, followed
the instructions (exactly), built my link from my jre... directory to netscape's
    plugin directory:

    ln -s <jre>/plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so <netscape>/plugins/

But it still doesn't work, netscape still prompts me to download the java plugin
(over and over...). I don't get it.
