The coach house next to my apartment is for rent. I mention this here on
account of I just got my DSL installed, and I'd be perfectly happy to
sublet the bandwidth if the person there is interested. I'm already
planning on setting it up for my landlord, who lives in the first two
floors of the house I'm in (I'm on the third floor). Another
DSL-interested taker in the coach house would be gravy as far as I'm
concerned. I'm currently set up with 208 kilobit, with only 1 routeable
static IP, but arrangements can be made otherwise if there's sufficient
need.
The coach house has two baths, so I'm assuming that it can house at least
two people. The rent is $1350, which is fairly steep. But this is a damn
nice place even if it is in Humboldt Park.
